PlayStation Withdraws From Brasil Game Show 2023, No Stand Plans Announced

Unlike the 2022 edition of Brasil Game Show, this year we will not have a stand dedicated to PlayStation.

“After thorough evaluation, Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) decided not to have its own stand at the Brasil Game Show in 2023,” said Sony via an official statement.

The company highlighted, however, that visitors will be able to play on the PS5 at several partner stands, including:

  • Ubisoft
  • Sega
  • The new
  • Kaboom
  • Logitech
  • Mortal Kombat
  • Monster

As a result, both Sony and Microsoft will not be at the 2023 event. On the other hand, Sega and Nintendo have confirmed their presence and will have two of the largest shelves in the showroom.

Brasil Game Show 2023 takes place from October 11th to 15th at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo/SP. Visiting hours are from 1pm to 9pm. Tickets can be purchased at official site of the event.
